Cab.Sauv 40%, Syrah 50%. Marselan 5%, Petit Verdot 5%
Full bodied yet there is freshness from the herbaceous hits and black fruits. There is warm spice and liquorice to add to the mix of flavour sensations making this a perfect lunchtime or supper wine to enjoy with roast beef or chicken & a good for earthy cheese such as St. Nectaire too or St. Marcellin.
