How do you ensure the cheese stays fresh during shipping?
We use specialized insulated packaging and non-toxic cold packs designed to maintain a consistent temperature for up to 48 hours. This ensures your cheese arrives in peak condition regardless of the season.
What should I do once my cheese arrives?
We recommend removing the cheese from the shipping box immediately and placing it in your refrigerator. For the best flavor, allow the cheese to sit at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes before serving.
Do you offer international shipping?
Due to the perishable nature of artisanal cheese and varying customs regulations, we currently only ship within the contiguous United States to guarantee freshness.
How long will my cheese stay fresh?
Unopened, most of our cheeses will last 2 to 3 weeks. Once opened, we recommend wrapping them in parchment or wax paper rather than plastic wrap and consuming them within 7 to 10 days.
Are your cheeses pasteurized?
We offer a curated selection of both pasteurized and raw milk cheeses. Each product page contains detailed information about the milk type, origin, and aging process to help you make an informed choice.
What is your return policy for food items?
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
