The village of Bouzy has been named a Grand Cru Village due in part to the excellent quality of Pinot Noir grown on the land. Louis Martin has an exclusive vineyard, situated on south-facing slopes with chalky soil. The remarkable micro-climate, protected from north winds by the Montagne de Reims, makes for exceptional champagne, fully dedicated to the terroir of the village.
